3D Archery Stand Giveaway 2023
Rules
AZ Elite Archery 3D Archery Target Stand Giveaway Rules:
- Eligibility: This giveaway is open only to legal residents of Arizona who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and not in anyway associated with AZ Elite Archery ( sorry friends and family)
- Entry Period: The giveaway begins on 12/1/2023 and ends on 12/31/2023 at Midnight. Entries submitted after the specified period will not be considered.
- How to Enter: Participants can enter the giveaway by emailing us (provide first/last name, phone number) or on our Facebook page
- Prize Description: One (1) custom-made 3D archery target stand will be awarded to the selected winner. The retail value of the prize is $49.99. The prize has no cash value.
- Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen randomly on or after January 1st, 2024, and will be announced on AZ Elite Archery's official social media pages. Additionally, the winner will be notified via email. The selected winner must respond within 72 hours of notification to claim the prize. If no response is received within this time frame, a new winner may be selected.
- Prize Claim: The winner is responsible for providing exact measurements of the stand they desire via email to AZ Elite Archery. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery as all stands are custom-made to each target's specifications. This time frame includes fabrication, shipping, and processing.
- Compliance with Laws: All raffles will be conducted in accordance with Arizona and Federal laws.
- Liability: AZ Elite Archery shall not be held responsible for any damage, injury, or loss that may occur during the use or shipping of the prize.
- Publicity: By entering the giveaway, participants grant AZ Elite Archery the right to use their name and likeness in promotional materials related to the contest without additional compensation.
- Modification or Cancellation: AZ Elite Archery reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway in the event of unforeseen circumstances or technical issues.
- Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the giveaway implies acceptance of these official rules and any decisions made by AZ Elite Archery.
